Head piece for use with the Powered Air Purifying Respirators of theDräger X-plore 8000 and Dräger X-plore 7000 series. The Helmet withvisor is designed for areas where additional head protection and helmetliability is required. The specially developed air channel leads the airdirectly into the breathing area, preventing unpleasant drafts of airover the head and keeping the visor clear from fogging. The Helmet withvisor features a durable resistant raisable polycarbonate visor and issuitable for people wearing glasses and beards.The Helmet with visor itself is approved according to EN 397:1995 (headprotection) and EN 166:2002-04 1 B 9 3 (eye protection). In combinationwith Dräger X-plore 8000 approved according to EN 12941: 2009,protection level TH2.
